Basic Conspiracism 101
Basic Conspiracism 101Some one had replied my post before, she/he said, "I feel that conspiracies and "perfect crimes" aren't a complete explanation of what happens in countries with political instability; you also need to understand things like insurgent political movements, low-intensity warfare, covert operations, destabilization, and techniques for dealing with corruption and improving transparency. For me the point of studying topics like these isn't proving that one side is right and the other is wrong-- I believe this kind of study gives you a much more sophisticated and useful understanding of the world than the simple "conspiracy" approach.
"Our society and our culture is not a conspiracy. There are no cynics at the top of the pyramid who use their power to maintain an unnecessarily unequal society. Stratified society is perpetuated because of the self-interest that everybody has in not sinking down."
--Noel Pearson, Aboriginal activist
Yeah it was right, absolutely. I just comments on an article about perfect crime, and then my memory recalls everything whatsohappen in my beloved country. If you live in the country like Indonesia, especially for term of 1998-2001, you will feel alieanted of whatsoever happen in your land. You were no understanding about everything, every political person on top was a liars, they only did on their personal matters, not to help what your people should wake up and build a better of your country. And, finally, i was really believe that many many perfect crimes has been played on our land. That it the point.
It has been true that, any conspiracy movements was heard unbelieveable job that any human can did, but it's ordinary usual like that. Unbelieveable people with their unbelieveable hour of job, unbelieveable task, and many unbelieveable things that we get used it was difficult to believe all that things. Yeah, we all were ordinary man, like Tim Allen books, I'm not Really Here, we were unbelieve if we were life in the world like this. If you had seen The Sum of All Fear, i think we all will instantly feels like that. Oh yeah, i heard a good next-movies with Tom Cruise (from local cinema preview), i heard something words like "A Perfect System", it's masthead said, the system never wrong, yeah something like that.

USA vs. EU, The Real World Cup Finals
USA vs. EU, The Real World Cup FinalsYeah, what just comes across outborder in the heart of globalisation, is just 'the war' between UE vs USA. I has wrote in this page before, when recalls my talk with my cross-side pals, Armand, that Europe just wake up. Besides all of their the hegemony to take a part of the world movement, they likely two big-power kid who wants to fight each other, they must do all of their year to fight, shot, and harm their aside endlessly. The bad is, every other little kid, who doesn't have power seemly to be pinched, they just can't do anything except following what their big brother chose. Do we expect the world like this? I think better we talking about World Cup final towmorrow! Happy weekend! Oh yeah, celebrate anyone who win!
Both sides take to the pitch. The USA try to field a squad of forty-eight players, but the referee is having none of it. He demands that the USA cut down their forces to the universal standard of eleven players. A dispute breaks out as the USA coach refuses to accept the legitimacy of FIFA Rules of Play.
An embarrassing moment follows as the band strike up the EU supra-national anthem. The EU players, all wired up to lyric interpreters, have trouble keeping up as the Japanese band launch into a medley of Beethoven, Verdi, Elgar, Ravel and Boulez. No one is happy.

The Online Comics Gap
The Online Comics Gap
Do you a kind of comic addict? I do, for a while. Comic strip, especially Japanese comics, was very interested materials for the reason of wide choice of subject. The fact, every Japanese reads comics. By this fact, there were many choice of comics for all ages in many forms. Just in example, Detective Conan was very nice comics in area of young-adult, its stories was a young high school detective who famous in his city. I like many others Japanese comics, Kung Fu Boy, Kenji (it has historical perspective of martial art in East), Astro Boy, Break Shot and many more. I do read many of them in my high-school. But, today, i mostly like to read them again, if they were. For the breaking time of internet era, this media offers something nice to comics world. Scott McLoud for example, he has create his nice comic works (some professional mention him revolutionary creator) in his website, he also published two great book covering the revolution of comics, Understanding Comics and Reinventing Comics. The first was wonderful books, covering the most complete aspect of comics linking with arts, its history, and its future. Yeah, comics was a wonderful subject instead of its entertain. Now, turning to the new media century, what pros and cons affected to comics? Tim Cavanaugh, in Online Journalism Review said "The problems of reproducing these items online tend to outweigh the advantages of making them available". Please read it, if you well damn brave to read comics! It's nice guys!
The Pickle Jar Theory of Time Management
The Pickle Jar Theory of Time Management. Every people have their own day. Every day only get at least twenty four hour rounding on round table. Every hour just consists its minutes and seconds ticking. The bads and lucks of the time theory is just you have do better with your seconds instead of bad of your minutes. So, what we expect having our time manageable? Expected it to be more eficient? Expect you have a time to read this worthy idea :)Time Management theories have come and gone. I’ve tried many of these and most have failed because of the sheer amount of time I needed to commit to the theory in order to save some time. The return just never seemed to justify the cost, if you know what I mean.
The latest theory of Time Management I heard has actually caused me to stop and think about how I run my entire life. This kind of thing doesn’t happen very often, and no I don’t mean thinking, cheeky readers! The theory that was recently taught in a Leadership course I’m enduring is called the Pickle Jar Theory.

Write a Better Weblog
Write a Better WeblogWhat do you expect having a weblog in your personal website? Especially for me, it just i was gathered with the world of people who interested to share their mind. It was addict than habbit, i thought. I was very disturbing in a day if i were not writing a bunch of my daily thought in the weblogs. So, what do other expect to visits, and re-visits our weblog. It's just a metter, how nice our webloge did. So, do more better your (and my) weblog.
Time to roll on
Yeah, though my domain still didn't active yet (it has paid, but still doesn't updated worldwide), i think it's better if we shifting our world in the next phase. Yeah, England performance was suck, the rest of world still feel anger until if remembering those bad day. Frankly, World Cup has been found its finalists, the luck given to both Germany and Brazil who has won in their non-best performances beating their opponents whos plays better.Today, i was starting research article that covering blog phenomenon. I think, i'll get some idea after catch all of them and maybe could write it. It's great idea to cover blog's revolutions in Indonesian media since there were nothing until recent. Oh yeah, i had another idea about World Cup phenomenon linked with globalisastion perspective. I had a view about it using: democratisation, economy, politics, religion, human rights, and surely sports. I think, just wait, may be i get that damn interesting idea to catch on.

Pyra, the coolest media company
Pyra, the coolest media company. Thanks Blogger.com whose help keep my site alive, salute for Ev.An Idea of Perfect Crime
An Idea of Perfect CrimeI'm very interested in the subject of espionage and conspiracy, as well. Thinking in this area, you must be have turn to the word of PERFECT CRIME. This word goes to be an idea that someone (or a group of peoples, a team, a government, etc) had practically did a planned crime movement that if any investigators would need to track anyone involved (any links, any suspects, anyinvaders, etc) in these crimes they should get no chance (instead of difficulties but they will had nothing) of any suspects. Though it was difficult to imagine those such crimes could do but anything could be happened.
For easy understanding, i just found an article from Le Monde Diplomatique. This case happened in the country of Venezuela last April. I think it's better if you read by yourself. So, in this situatuion, i got worried about those crimes since three or two years laters. This is happen when I met a political crowd with my beloved country, Indonesia. I was thinking that my country was becoming a rich field that many many Perfect Crime peoples played in. We had changed four president in four years. We had tons of tensions of local conflicts that happened unimagined. We had all fails and faults. And the promosing bad, we had no chance to get figured out who had realy did?
Hence, we were in the year of 2002, severals month after surprising terror of September 11, 2001. Yeah, it was surprising only for the people who had no chance of any piece of information. How about they who run on FBI or CIA (read TIME magazine last month), who made their mistakes by not reporting their investigation? In the time of globalised civilisation, i think, we should be openly get to think in any matter about what goes and gone in our humble world. There're many happened in recent, i mention few like the growth of right-movement in most Europe country, unmanaged nuclear pacts, unmanaged Asia's economy-political, and so more. We had to reshape our worlds. We only had a chance to be there.... or not to be.

Bad Luck for ItalyEven millions of Italian supporters have celebrating their sadness, the World Cup 2002 will always goes on. The next game will be much more interested to see. Don't forget to watch: England vs Brazil match, it'll be like final match i think. Oh yeah, may be, just may be, Korea will get their victory again with Espain in the next match, might it be true?
Millions of ecstatic South Koreans took to the streets in raucous celebration last night after their team conjured up one of the biggest shocks in World Cup history by knocking three-time winners Italy out of the competition.
The capital Seoul was alive with street parties into the early hours. Red and white fireworks crackled overhead to a backdrop of car horns as the incredulous co-hosts celebrated the golden goal that sank the Italians, scored in extra time by Ahn Jung-hwan who, ironically, plays for Perugia in Italy.

A Place, a Freedom
Thinking about place, i recalls what so called of instrumental developments in my beloved sucks country, Indonesia. If you had went here, you'll probably (or always?) met with those sucks kind of a bad developed landscape in most average cities. Crude street, bad sanitation, unmanaged (and crowded streetlines), nerd landmark, and many so on. You'll need tons of website to write it all. Am I very pessimistic person? No I think, especially for this reason. It's like you having a problem that you couldn't get the way where you should start to solve those problems. So, if you had made the worse of your place, you might be one of unidentified person (no identity, just flew with the broken world). You're a man who live in the uncivilized century, no freedom, just a slave (by your self).Your Place, Your Identity, Your Freedom
The attachment to landscape is part of the identity of every individual and every culture. The familiar streets, squares, parks, canals, fields and hills of childhood are an integral part of people’s psychological make-up and sense of rootedness in the world. When these things are lost – whether through exile, development or wilful destruction – their character often becomes even more important to people’s inner life. Think, for example, about how so much wonderful music and literature has been written in exile, in the form of home thoughts from abroad.
Come Again
Ugh, i'm coming again guys, after serious job-load problem, semi-head-ache habits, and totally-stressed-head. I'll write to refreshen my life. Just for you (and my sake).

Thumb Up for England Team
Thumb Up for England Team, Go Through the Victory Cup!"I think we deserved it. We played good football in the first half, maybe we were a little bit lucky, maybe 3-0 is too much. But we won it and we are in the quarter-finals.
"All the second half we defended very well. They had the ball a lot but they didn't create very much.

Celebrate the Good News
Celebrate the Good News
There're should be a bad and a good news. While England team get the good one by playing serries with Nigerian, France got the bad ones. It's bad World Cup for France i think, since they should be back to their homeland before could really play anything. Suck it for French team supporter!! The sad also happened with Argentine team, since they had whole predictions in the world that they would be a World Cup winner this time. Go get it Veron, Simeone, Batistuta and Totti!! Get to rush for Argentine supporters in their homeland. I think, this could entertain for me for a while. I'm happy with it, i don't ever mind for French's or Argentine's supporters.

SOCCER-MAD U.S. CRAZED OVER WORLD
SOCCER-MAD U.S. CRAZED OVER WORLD CUPDo we believe it? Note: Congrats for US team after been holded by North Korea 1-1.
New York, N.Y. (SatireWire.com) — As World Cup fever grips the globe, nowhere is the mania for Earth's greatest sporting event stronger than in the United States, where 280 million soccer-mad Americans are on the emotional edge, unable to think or talk about anything else. As one zealous U.S. supporter explained: "World Cup... World Cup, that's... racing?"

What's Your Emotional Intelligence Quotient?
You've got the intellectual credentials: You did pretty well in school, maybe have a college diploma or even an advanced degree. You got high scores on your SATs and GREs, or even on that holy grail of the intellect, the IQ test. You may even be in Mensa, the select high-IQ club. That's fine when it comes to intelligence of the academic variety. But how bright are you outside the classroom, when it comes to life's stickier moments? There you need other kinds of resourcefulness -- most especially emotional intelligence, a different way of being smart.
A Man Named Gus Dur
The Real Story of A Man Named Gus Dur
In October 1999, Abdurrahman Wahid, almost blind and recovering from a nearfatal stroke, was elected as Indonesia’s fourth president. Referred to as ‘Indonesia’s surprising new president’ by the Economist, the man who had commanded the highest respect of his fellow countrymen for his lifetime devotion to public service, liberal democracy and tolerant Islam, was impeached in humiliating and controversial circumstances less than two years later.
Wise to some, insolent to others, Abdurrahman’s mercurial style of leadership constantly confounded critics and ultimately caused him to be widely misunderstood by both domestic and international observers.
For the first time, biographer Greg Barton delves beneath the surface and gives us a unique insight into the man and his world drawn from his long relationship with Gus Dur—including being at his side during the final extraordinary months of the presidency.
Those interested in the drama of modern Indonesian politics will find this book provides a fascinating and invaluable account of the enigmatic Gus Dur.

Football Poets
Football Poets. For everybody who loves football and poets. The Story of a Winner
The Story of a WinnerI was a wise man. I was always behind a weak person, i'm very interested to support on them. By knowing the Ireland was losing one point defeated by Germany in the last match, i then go support on them hardly. My support becomes a bless for them. It creates a goal that finally makes the match result series. For the whole World Cup 2002, i stand in the side of underdog team, except for England. I was on faith with them. The question is, why so we stand on a team who they get fully supported by whole football maniac? Why not to choose the other team? In so so, for the sake of World Cup, i reajust again to celebrate the game. Support the team you loved so, and i will :-)

It's no laughing matterI has a reason dealing in why i was very like to laugh.
Humans don't have a monopoly on laughter, says Silvia Cardoso. A behavioural biologist at the State University of Campinas, Brazil, she says it's a primitive reflex common to most animals: even rats laugh. She tells Sophie Petit-Zeman that too little laughter could have serious consequences for our mental, physical and social well-being.

Bad Language
Oh my, i was felt terrible with my English. Just to wrote the word "excite", i then makes it to be "exite". Very bad ugh! So, by publishing in this page, i was very asthonishing if anyone who visited here could tell me, what does goes wrong, or other suggestions that could improve in it. I'm very excite to write (occasionaly, i'm very good to write in my native Indonesian language), i hope this temporary-difficulties could reduce time by time. Europe Future
I just been in lucky. You must be remember what i has wrote in this page several days ago, it was about right extreme movement in the west. Yes, i just found good related article talking this issues. I has noted that i was very interested to talk about this issues, I make a new note that, this issues is kindly a part of what this website theme has been taken, A Beauty Lover. I love the beauty of the world, i love peace, i love all very much. So, concerning for my love, it could be a bad things that could harms what it calls by the life of democratisation. The love of human life.Three visions of politics: Europe in the millennial world.
The range of global political possibility has been transformed by post-Cold War turbo-capitalism. A new mapping of the political faultlines defines ‘high stakes’, ‘shared values’, and ‘natural orders’ as competing versions of the European future. But could there yet be a fourth, involving the demise of the EU itself?
Bad World Cup for French
Bad World Cup for French. After being knocked out by Senegal in the premier World Cup match last days ago, this noon, French has been hold by Uruguay 0-0. This results, makes a bad future for the existence of the next French's performance to continue to the next stage. The only one which could save French in World Cup is just by beating on 3 goals differences in their next match with Denmark. Though, it was very hard job to do. For now, French only have to pray. In others ways, the game of Group D becomes very hot to see. It's happened by the 1-1 result of Germany and Ireland two days ago. This makes the next match between Germany & Cameroon and Ireland vs Saudia becomes very hot to see. Ireland will won this match, by this they'll have 6 point. So, if Germany & Cameroon willing to continue their next performance on World Cup, they should be win this match. Don't forget also to see the England vs Argentine this noon. I think it is the best macth ever for the World Cup.

Right Wing Movement
In recent days, i'm very interested to talk about the growth of right wing movement in the west politics. It's very important issue that might contrary affecting our global politics that will shaped a new world. I think, the next-world will shaped by at least four power "region". They're west (but was not actually pure union), United States, Chinese or Japan (the fastest will lead), and Asia-Africa-South America (Latin) whose categorised as development-nation. This right wing movement issue i think was an insight that will guide the world movement to that phase. "Using the slogan 'the French first,' Le Pen promotes a vision of France largely free of foreigners." In February 1985, Daniel Cohen described French politician Jean-Marie Le Pen as "the fastest-rising political figure in the country." Read Trouble on the Right for more deep insight about this man.A Culture of Credulity

Thinking Our Portrait
If you remembering of a family portrait, you will knew that they must be place in guest-room or family room in right every recent modern family. What you'd looks in such those picture? It should be at least like this: father with its formally-best-suited-jacket, young son (may be you) with formally-best-suited too, mother with local/national dress makes it seem motherly (nature to be usual women for good family), and might be also their daughter in their best suited. All dressed their best suit. All smiling. The father's hand hanging her hand through her childs, makes it is clear that they are happy family. The sons & daughters, with their best-smile, placing their best face shows that they're proud to be a member of its family. Yes, this is actually the best picture of their family portrait. You must be know, this portrait was selected after tons of others which seem to be 'bad' showing the happy family. Those bad should be trashed. Now, i ask you, why we only show the happy ones if we lived in the world of happy and unhappy? It's usual now by the happening of: fathers liar corrupting in their office, mothers do something unanshamed, son consumes tons of drugs, and daughter laugh at loud by her family and did something jerk. Do we too ashamed showing our natural portrait? Yes, the answer, we--including me sometimes--eventually too ashamed showing the naturally profile of myself, of my family, of ours. We just lying to ourself, we're the best and happy!

Dare to be caffeinated?
This one exactly let you get relaxed. Or, let anyone excited by relaxing your design?Arts Journalism Longa, Space Shorta
Why is arts journalism marginalized in so many publications? Literary critic Carlin Romano believes that "until arts journalists and their supporters examine the intellectual issues of their trade as seriously as investigative reporters probe their own dilemmas over protecting sources or going undercover - marching onto op-ed pages as controversies break, demanding the same attention as American media dopily devote to sports - they'll continue to be enablers of their own marginalization."Rising Water Table Threatens
Rising Water Table Threatens Egypt's Monuments
In the crowded, garbage-strewn alleys and market streets of Mataraya, one of Cairo's poorest and busiest neighborhoods, lies one of Egypt's most sacred sites—Ancient Heliopolis. The city and other archaeological treasures in Northern Egypt are under serious threat from forces above the ground, but perhaps even more from below.
A leaking sewage system, exacerbated by a rising population, has caused the water table—the upper level of groundwater—to rise and threaten to turn the ancient tombs and temples to dust, said Zahi Hawass, National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence and Secretary General of Egypt's Supreme Council of Antiquities.

Serious World Cup
Yeah, by watching World Cup extensively (avg. twice in daily basis), i was felt on the philosophical understanding by looking of the crowd happened. Here is what I have thinking: 1) Celebrate the goods, it should be a time to celebrate after someone has make a gol on your favourite team. You could do this by salto, kicking the wind, jump and shriecking, yelling out loud, and may be dead if you wish. 2) Injuried as usual, yet this sport said to be sportive, but you could sometimes kick without shadow your opponents to make it legs get injuried, or you get injured. 3) Blame the ads, yes, World Cup is global party, but it was also boring for all to get disturbed by Ads that swing on your head. It's better i throw the TV if it showed again. 4) Support your life, even you're big supporters of you faithfull team, it's better to ensure that you support your own life first. Then, do your job well though the game played on work-time, feed your family well instead of alone watch and forget all thing, do your homework instead of not. Em, have you any idea to write?England and the Game
Though it was hard to believe (and everyone has noticed that), i was still on my right demand to get fully supported my lovely team England. Yet, the recent match again Sweden (1-1) seem terrible to understand---by the lack of its deffends, no-style plays after Beckham's out---but I'm fully commended my spiritual reason on football to Sven Goran-Eriksson. In the world of World Cup, he was my God, as well as Beckham was a Prophet. Instead, the next game (against Argentine in Sapporo, June 7, 2002) is harder than the last, i was surely in all of my passionate, English will win the game. How could you against hard-believer like me? Better if you laugh!Changing Life
In the mid Sunday which normallly could be exciting, i just get disturbed by myself that, my life should be changing again. What does really happen? Let me tell the story.
Long before this, i had a view that, human life is live based on their thinking. Based on this, the routinity of his daily life would get on work. It would then exactly twirl to the falls of the humanity in the routiness storm for all whole life. In the time, i just thinking that, only successfull human could realise the means of the life when he could see an insight of its beautifulness (like the man that live in rabbit in Sophie's World). Hence, i was ensure for that way my dignity is. And i am very optimistic in what so called the result. This is my life, this is the life of renaissance man, the way that might usually ride by any wise man.
The story then goes, and my life continually drove me to the piece of a time. In time where i should go back to the century according to me was uncivilised, where routinity and working life, became the master of slaves in our humble world. I was uncertain, i should think, and then ensure what does it means really? Where does the beauty life really, when and how it would be began? When the chance comes again, or just for the reason of did i knew that the world still the same beauty? I just get noticed. I really disturbed on it. And, this was me.
Note: For the extreme exception, I think also this post should be available in Indonesian language (click to switch between).
